What is the PFA?
We are a committee made up of parents, grandparents, friends and teachers. Our sole aim is to raise money for our children's school to benefit all.
The school budget is restricted therefore it is essential we make as much effort as we can to make our fundraising events enjoyable for all, so that we can raise the much needed money.
As a member of the committee it is very rewarding to know that you are helping the school and that all of the children will enjoy many happy years of social events at Cressing Primary School.
What do we do?
We aim to raise funds through social events and activities, such as:
- Summer Fete
- Kids only discos
- Christmas bazaar
- Quiz Evening
- Cake stalls
What have we provided so far?
- A free of charge, whole school trip to the pantomime every other year
- Tyre playground
- New cookers and microwaves for class use
- Sports equipment
- Farm play set
- Mad Science activity day
- Sound system
Fundraising Ideas
We are always looking for new ideas and help with fundraising. If you would like to help, please speak to a member of the PFA or come along to the next PFA meeting.
